Day 1

Arrive at airport (Rome or Naples), tranfer to Benevento, visit of the city, home of the legend of the witches.
Visit of “Strega Alberti”showroom, the brand of the famouse “Strega” liqueur, and taste some torrone (the creamy nougat made from honey, nuts, and egg white)!
Visit of “Santa Sofia” church, UNESCO heritage.
After enjoying an aperitivo together, we celebrate the beginning of our culinary experience with a welcome dinner.

Day 2

Breakfast with handmade Italian food (ham, salumi, savory stuffed roll, pastry, cookies, cakes);
Today we will drive along the hills between Sannio and Irpinia, We will stop in Taurasi, after 21 Km (13 miles) to visit a “Taurasi DOCG” winery with a wine tasting,
Then we will drive to Tufo after 24 Km (15 miles), to visit a “Greco di Tufo” winery, with a wine tasting and lunch.
Then will come back to the hotel 17 Km (11 miles).
Take a rest and will move to the center of Benevento for the dinner just in front of one of the oldest Roman arch in the World: “Arch of Trajan” (114 A.C.)
Restaurant: Locanda Della Luna (San Giorgio Del Sannio)  or La Locanda Dell’Eramo (Foglianise)

Day 3

Breakfast with handmade Italian food (ham, salumi, savory stuffed roll, pastry, cookies, cakes);
Today we will drive along the hills between Sannio and Irpinia, We will stop in Sorbo Serpico, after 37 Km (23 miles) to visit a “Fiano DOCG” winery with a wine tasting, and lunch.
Then will come back to the hotel 37 Km (23 miles).
Take a rest and will move to the center of Benevento for the dinner just in front of one of the oldest Roman arch in the World: “Arch of Trajan” (114 A.C.)
Restaurant: Marennà (Sorbo Serpico)

Day 4

Breakfast with handmade Italian food (ham, salumi, savory stuffed roll, pastry, cookies, cakes);
Today we will drive along the hills of “Telese Valley”, We will stop in Sant’Agata De Goti (the town of Bill De Blasio’s grandfather) , after 43 Km (26 miles) to visit a “Aglianico DOCG” winery with a wine tasting, and lunch.Solopaca, after 22 Km (14 miles) to visit a “Falanghina DOCG” winery with a wine tasting, and lunch.
Then will cycle to Telese 6 Km (4 miles). Take a rest and will move to the center of Telese for the dinner just in front of one of the oldest Roman Thermal Spa

Day 5

Breakfast with handmade Italian food (ham, salumi, savory stuffed roll, pastry, cookies, cakes);
Today we drive along the hills between Benevento and Caserta Province, We will stop in Piedimonte Matese, after 54 Km (33 miles) to admire the wonderful scenary of “Matese Mountains“.
Then will drive to Sessa Aurunca 25 Km (15 miles). to visit a “Falerno del Massico” winery with wine tasting and lunch.
Then will move to the hotel, take a rest and will move to the center of Sessa Aurunca for the dinner.
Restaurant: Vairo Del Volturno (Vairano Patenora)

Day 6

Breakfast with handmade Italian food (ham, salumi, savory stuffed roll, pastry, cookies, cakes);
Today we drive along the coast between Sessa Aurunca and Pozzuoli where we will arrive after 60 Km (37 miles) to visit a “Campi Flegrei DOCG” winery with a wine tasting, and lunch.
Then we will drite to the, we take a rest and will move to the center of Pozzuoli for the dinner.

Day 7

Today we will reach after 33 Km (20 miles) the city of Ercolano It lies at the western foot of Mount Vesuvius, on the Bay of Naples to visit a “Vesuvio – Lacryma Christi DOCG” winery with a wine tasting, and lunch.
Then will drive to the worldwide famous ancient Roman town of Pompeii  17 Km (10 miles), to visit the “Pompeii ruins” then will move to the hotel in Vico Equense on the Sorrento Peninsula. Dinner.

Then will visit the towns of Amalfi and Positano. Take a rest at the hotel and will move for the dinner.
